Payment in full confirms your session. Because each Lab is custom-designed, fees are non-refundable; one reschedule within 90 days is welcome with 48 hours’ notice.

If your organization prefers to secure a date with a deposit, you may reserve your Lab with a $1,000 non-refundable deposit.

The remaining balance of $6,500 is due 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Your deposit confirms the date and initiates session preparation.
Once the balance is received, your team will receive the Executive Lab Prep Guide and final access link.

All payments are non-refundable due to the customized nature of this work. However, you may reschedule once within 90 days at no additional cost with at least 48 hours’ notice.
